AARP is a powerful lobby - doubt we'll see mandatory driving tests for the older crowd any time soon. i'm all for a yearly skills test for those who are getting on in years and have been cited (i.e. not a mandatory test at a certain age but coupled with at least one violation that might indicate loss of skills). t..
